Allo needed a fast storefront that could replace a brittle WooCommerce stack without losing catalogue depth. We rebuilt merchandising, search and checkout around M-Pesa and local fulfilment.

Result

The live shop at allo.co.ke now sells devices with a cleaner merchandising story and checkout that East African customers already know how to finish.
